Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provides a large and comfortable room with a hot spring bath tub, although the carpet could be cleaner. The in-room hot spring bath with a view is a standout feature. The service was generally positive; however, there were some instances of room for improvement. The location is convenient, close to the downtown of Jiaosi. The dining options offered enough variety, but some aspects were not enjoyable. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, with room for enhancement in certain areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and frustration. The rooms were pretty large and comfortable, making it easy to relax, but the spa pool experience was ruined by rude staff when seeking assistance after the scheduled check-in time. On the bright side, I benefitted from the hot spring bath tub in the hotel bathroom.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and ideal for a family of four, complete with a luxurious hot spring bath tub in the bathroom. The service provided by the staff, especially Ms. Vicky Lee at concierge, was outstanding, making arrangements seamless. The location, close to downtown Jiaoxi, offered a nice blend of comfort and convenience, although a slight inconvenience arose due to a tour group occupying the hotel during my stay. The dining options were varied and satisfying, blending Taiwanese and Continental flavors. Overall, a great value for money stay with some minor room for improvement.
I was pleasantly surprised by the generous size of the rooms with a separate sitting area and a luxurious ensuite hot spring bath tub. However, compared to my usual stay, the hotel felt smaller. The service was friendly and genuine, especially with Ms. Vicky Lee at the concierge being patient and helpful in organizing a half-day trip. The location was convenient, although I was reassigned due to a tour group occupying the hotel. The dining options were decent but seemed substandard for the price. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, offering various services like room service, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were super spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating up to 6 people. The private hot spring in the bathroom was a true highlight, allowing us to adjust the temperature to our liking. The only downside was being reassigned due to a tour group occupying the hotel, but overall a fantastic experience.
